We now also have the 2006-12-20 UPC template (2007-2011 cycle blank form) and the 2015-02-26 Heaney executed UPC for cycle comparison. Phase 1.
- Additional executed UPCs from the Fantex era (2013-2016) — Fantex-filed material contracts under SEC Reg S-K Item 601 also include executed UPCs for other athletes. Search EDGAR CIK 1573683 for additional exhibits. Useful for a small corpus of executed UPCs vs. the templates. Phase 4.
