Special: Compare documents

Side-by-side comparison of two to four archive documents. Two views, both visible on the page: a structured-field grid (effective period, parties, citation, key provisions, file stats) for at-a-glance deltas, and the actual extracted text of each document in parallel scrollable columns with a shared search box that highlights matches across all columns.

Direct-link a selection via ?slugs=a,b and an initial query via ?q=… in the URL. Older CBAs and other PDFs without a text layer will show an empty column until OCR has been applied — see scripts/ocr-batch.mjs.
