- MLB Constitution, post-2018 operative versions — the through-2018 version expired by its own terms Dec 31, 2018. Even when MLB filed it in Olson v. MLB in February 2020, the document had already expired — suggesting an unrevealed further amendment was operative. Litigation-exhibit search (Reinsdorf-era cases, Angels-Astros, etc.) remains the most productive path. Phase 1.
